Notice of Annual General Meeting The Golf Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held in the Cloudy Room on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 at 19:00 for the following purposes: To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting. To discuss matters arising from those minutes. To receive the Management report To receive the Course report To receive the Captain’s Reports. To receive, approve and adopt the Treasurer’s Report and Financial Statement. To consider, and if necessary, vote on, any notice of motion of which due notice has been lodged with the Committee. Please note, that notice of any motion for consideration at the meeting, must be submitted to the Committee in writing, stating the terms of the motion, and the names of the proposer and two seconders, all must be adult voting members. Motions to the AGM must be relevant to Donnington Grove Golf Club. Notices should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the hotel reception, or Golf Manager marked for the attention of the Club Captain, not less than 21 days in advance of the meeting, therefore the last day for acceptance is: - Tuesday 20th October 2026 As a member, you will be eligible to take part in, and if required, vote on any submitted motions at the meeting. (please note juniors can participate but not vote and corporate members have only one vote per company) Also, you are invited to participate in an open forum in any other business, discussing matters concerning Donnington Grove Golf Club This is a question-and-answer session where no vote is taken, but points raised will be discussed and answered by members of the committee or the company management at the AGM, and then further discussed at the next committee meeting.
